我们发现，在我们的学习生活中，同学们普遍存在学习效率不高，时间安排不合理的现象。为了帮助同学们正确处理时间的安排，树立起学习的“生物钟”，我们进行了此次关于如何合理利用学习时间的研究性学习。通过问卷调查、实际采访，在了解同学们有关的学习时间利用情况后，我们做了相关的讨论，认真听取了同学们和老师的意见，得出了一些结论，制定了一套合理、高效的时间表。完善学习时间表，合理、综合地利用时间，提高学习效率，享受学习的乐趣是我们此次研究课题的目的和意义所在。也许我们做得还不够，但是我们仍需将我们研究所得的结果与经验拿出来和大家分享交流。

英文摘要：

We discovered that in our study life, schoolmates universally have the problem that study efficiency is low, and the timetable is not reasonable. In order to help schoolmates correctlly process the time arrangement and set up the study “biological clock”, we go on this investigative study about using the study time reasonably. Through the questionnaire survey, the actual interviews, after understanding the related study time use situation of schoolmates, we had the related discussion, listened to schoolmates and teachers' opinions, drawn some conclusions,and formulated a reasonable, highly effective timetable. Consummating the study timetable, reasonably and comprehensively using the time, raising the study efficiency and enjoying the pleasure of study are our research subject goals and significance. Perhaps we did insufficiently, but we must take out our obtained results and experience for everybody to share and exchange.
