本着提高学习兴趣，开拓知识视野，发展智力，提高运用化学知识解决实际问题的能力，在老师的指导下，认真细致地观察生活、发现、挖掘生活现象中蕴藏的化学问题。下面，仅从家庭生活中必不可少的一个空间----厨房中蕴含的化学问题，展开讨论、叙述，厨房中的化学是无处不在的，比如：液化气是一些低级烃类的混合物，而烃类物质是无色无味的，但为什么家用液化气一旦泄漏却有难闻的气味呢？其原因，目的何在？当洗涤油腻的容器时，可用洗涤剂或热碱液，其原理又是什么呢？等。由于篇幅有限，仅挑选有代表性的几个问题加以阐述，未尽其详，请各位老师、同学指正。
英文摘要--
